In order to create a healthy competitive environment in the industry, by the resolution of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan dated July 15, 2022, UzGasTrade Joint Stock Company was established based on advanced international experience.

“UzGasTrade” is the sole operator for purchasing and selling gas in the Republic of Uzbekistan
According to the President’s decree, JSC “UzGasTrade” is assigned the task of centrally purchasing and selling natural gas (trading company). The company is considered the sole operator of this type of activity
Status
JSC "UzGasTrade" is a legal entity in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan.

It has separate property, which is recorded on its independent balance sheet, including property transferred to its authorized fund (authorized capital).
Legal rights
The name may independently acquire and exercise property and personal non-property rights, assume obligations, and be a plaintiff and defendant in court.
