The Terms of Reference for International Financial Reporting Standards (hereinafter referred to as IFRS), National Accounting Standards (NAS) and Improving the Effectiveness of Anti-Corruption Systems in Procurement Processes (Forensic Audit) for the period 2025-2027 of UzGasTrade JSC were approved by the resolution of the minutes of the meeting No. 4 of the Audit Committee under the Supervisory Board of UzGasTrade JSC dated September 26, 2025 (attached). Based on the above, a competition is being announced in accordance with the procedure established by law to select external audit organizations to conduct IFRS, NAS and forensic audits in the Company for the period 2025-2027 based on the approved Terms of Reference in the appendix.
