By the Resolution of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan dated June 15, 2022, PQ-280 “On Additional Measures to Reform the Natural Gas Market”, UzGasTrade Joint Stock Company was established, the function of which is the centralized purchase and sale of natural gas. Due to the fact that UzGasTrade Joint Stock Company does not directly participate in the processes of extraction, processing and production of energy resources, the Company does not currently envisage the implementation of investment projects.
